I use #DrawArt to explore if it was possible that Jewish women were at the center of Delacroix's 19th century Orientalist fantasy. 'Women of Algiers in Their Apartment' is a painting that influenced the development of Modern Art.

Gutai Redux, 2012-2013. #DrawArt Digital Trading Card Stickers and Video Gutai: Splendid Playground / The Gutai Card Box The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum February 15- May 6, (2013). This artist's contribution to the Gutai Card Box are self portraits, inspired by Edo Period woodblock and paintings, or ukiyo-e.

The Real Housewives is a reality television series that exhibits women in living the "good-life". They live ultra-chic lives, however they are not immune to adversity, humiliation and powerlessness. Artists in the 19th century also painted portraits of fancy ladies - however, like the Housewives, their lives were often not such a pretty picture.

These #DrawArt works are 250+ images from Mia, Minneapolis Institute of Art. In November I started a free museum Meet-up group called MuseumDraw to share with the public that it is fun, easy & cool to draw using mobiles. 

I draw images from the collection of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, using my finger to draw the images digitally on the iPhone/IPad to engage new audiences with museums and art history on social media.

I animate the Erfurt Ring. A 14th century Jewish communal wedding ring that is included in the recovered Erfurt Treasure Trove. I use #Drawrt, to highlight the art historical and cultural significance of this object. It offers the opportunity to engage audiences by confronting social issues that need change.

I demonstrate #DrawArt by sharing the tragic story of Achilles & Penthesilea. On view at British Museum

A collaboration with Elizabeth Rynecki, the Great-Granddaughter of Moshe Rynecki, a prolific painter during Inter-War Poland. Paige illustrates highlights of feminine identity with #DrawArt. This video is thoughtfully narrated by Elizabeth.

I draw Reclining Odalisques: Matisse at @MetMuseum on the iPad. These were drawn live at @Met Museum in 2013 and will be shared this April, 2015 at the Met Media Lab through QR Codes printed on "Odalisque Sock Puppets" offered as gifts to friends made in NYC.
